Integrating dashboard to my web

I have tried to explain in the best possible way. Would appreciate if can get any help regarding the following;

Embedded: We want users to see the published version of our dashboard(s) on web. The dashboard contains data for multiple users. The requirement is that each user should only be able to view their own data. What’s the right/optimal way to do this?

Data Export: We also want our users to export data of one (1) chart in the form of pdf/csv. Ideally, this file should be in the right format where each column is visible and the users don’t have to format it to increase column size etc. The file should be generated according to the filters selected by the user on the report at the time of export. Can the CSV export option be customized according to this requirement? If so, how?

File Storage: Once the user exports the CSV/PDF, where is it stored? On the user’s own device? Or some shared drop location? Is there a way to maintain data privacy so that users are only able to see their own data?

Mobile Layout: Will the above functionalities be available in Mobile view?
