I meet an issue on refresh power bi report, and get the error:

I followed the Solved: Information is needed in order to combine data Tab... - Microsoft Power BI Community But I still get the issue.

I used my own account, it could refresh successfully. But when I change to another account which is created by our team, not FTE account, the refresh is failed.

Could you give a help?

I am also getting this error : "Expression.Error: The field 'FileLeafRef.Suffix' of the record wasn't found" while refreshing the csv datasource which is hosted on sharepoint any fix for this issue

Hi @luxhe ,

First check if the account have the same permission of your own account. And go to Manage Gateways, ensure Privacy Level for these all sources is public or none as well. Then refresh the dataset again.

Hi Dedmon,

I have already set all Privacy Level as None, including Data souce credentials in PowerBI web setting and PowerBI App.
And I didn't set Gateway connection.

I can refresh the data locally with the team account, but it failed when I refresh it in PowerBI web.

Hi @luxhe ,

What are your data sources? Would you please try to set download the pbix file and  try refresh in Power BI desktop with all  Privacy Level as None to see if the refresh in desktop works well?

Hi Dedmon,

The data source include

1. the sharepoint in the workspace.

2. Azure SQL DB.

3. Kusto table.

I already download the file and refresh in PowerBI desktop, it could load almost file except the sharepoint in the workspace. And I can use the user to access the sharepoint file in web.
Do you have any advice?

Even i am getting this error : "Expression.Error: The field 'FileLeafRef.Suffix' of the record wasn't found" while refreshing the excel datasource which is hosted on sharepoint from yesterday. Any known fix for this issue?
