Individual User Views Possible?

I have created a dashboard that displays our Incident and Service Request data.  We currently do not have a good way for our end users to see the status of their tickets or to view their open/closed tickets.  Is there capability within Power BI Online to set up a user to only be able to view tickets in their name?  A filter won't do it because we would not want an individual seeing everyone's tickets - only their own.  Is there a way to set up a default by user name when they log in or some other way?

Yes there is and it is called Row Level Security.
