I have uploaded 2 same files into workspace, out of which one is configured with incremental refresh.
When I schedule the refresh, both the files are taking same time. How to verify if the incremental refresh is taking place or not ?
Solved! Go to Solution.
@Anonymous The only way to verify that the incremental refresh is working is to look at the partition refresh timestamps in your favorite XMLA endpoint tool (DAX Studio, SSMS, etc). If you only see one partition then incremental refresh is not happening.

I have checked Dax Studio and found the partitions have been created, still the refresh time is showing same
One more thing to consider: every time you re-publish the pbix to the workspace this will reset and refill all partitions. True incremental refresh will only happen with subsequent scheduled or ad-hoc refreshes in the service. You should see different partition refresh timestamp values.
