Inconsistent Last Refresh time

I have a Power BI report which contains a "Data refresh date/time" data source, configured like this:

= DateTimeZone.SwitchZone(DateTimeZone.FixedUtcNow(),+1)

In my Power BI Desktop file, the date/time is perfect (e.g. 12:49)

When viewing the app in Power BI Service however, it shows a different time (e.g. 11:49).

I'll add that when looking at my dataset details in Power Bi Service, the "Refreshed" time also shows 12:49.

How can I get the data in my report/app, in Power Bi Service, to show the correct time?

I've tried a few things with no success.

I'm in the UK (as are all my users)

The service works on UTC, not BST.

Also note that "Last Refresh Date"  is mostly meaningless.  Imagine you have data in a SQL server database that never changes. You can refresh the dataset eight times a day, it will not  do you any good.

What you really want is "Last Modified Date"  inside your actual dataset.

Hi @lbendlin - I'm aware the service works on UTC rather than BST; I've struggled to find a suitbale conversion, but believe I have just successfully done so using: http://worldtimeapi.org/ and now I can see my local time displayed in Power BI Service.

Regarding Refresh date / modified date - the customer wants to know that the scheduled refresh is working (they're not interested in when each individual record was submitted).

Hi @PetyrBaelish ,
