Images in subscription

I have an image in my report. The image is an attachment in from a Sharepoint List set as an image URL. I am able to see the image in the Power BI service but it will not show up in the email sent out with the subscription.

Here is my example:

Here is the image within Power BI Service

Here is what the email looks like:

I have tried several different visulizations and the same thing happens.

Thanks!

Hello, I know this topic is old but we are encountering this issue. Any update on this?

v-janeyg-msft,

I tried several different visuals. I tried Simple Image which was downloaded from Power BI visuals, I also tried Image by CloudScope (also a downloaded visual).  I also used a table to view the image as a thumbnail in the table and I got the same error in the email, (I want an image bigger than a thumbnail though).

Hi, @Calylily81

I reproduced your problem and reported this bug internally. If there is new information, I will update the post in time. ICM ID:224945512

Best Regards

Hi, @Calylily81

According to your description,I think you can check whether the image in sharepoint is shared anonymously.

Can you tell me what visual you use in the report?

Best Regards

Janey Guo
