I've shared the dashboard with the client. The images and background map is fine with me, but the client cannot see the map/images.
Is there any help for this?

1. Please make sure the client has cleared the browser's cache , and the supported browser are listed as below:
2. If the client still can't display the ArcGIS Maps, the issue can be that your tenant administrators, and IT administrators don't enable this feature. For more information, please refer to this article: Managing use of ArcGIS Maps for Power BI within your organization.

@CKLee , which MAP has been used. Ask then to clear the cache and try. Is it ArcGIS MAP?
@CKLee - Are you certain that they are connected to the Internet? When you say shared the dashboard, are you talking about in the Service or the Desktop PBIX file?
