Identifying cause of premium capacity usgae

Hi,

We are getting meassge below and are using power bi premium.

Your company Premium 01 capacity is at 66 percent. If it reaches 100 percent, your reports may take longer to load or be less responsive.

Looking at utilisation report can see a user has huge amount of XMLA read operations but other users less.

Looks like 15 hours - wondering  if have any more info as to why some users would have what seems huge amount of xmls read operations for same dataset compared to other users.

Thanks

DAX is easy, CALCULATE makes DAX hard...

Thanks for suggestion.

Some users concerned woudl be accessing same reports similar amount of tiem would have thought.

Just wondering as to reasons why may be clcoing up more access

e.g

1)   Does leaving report open cause continual read access e.g. ifsits in backgroudn and other user instead closes browser

2)  Any diffference in browser type/versions cause more read access in power bi

3)  Does activity within report affect volume of reads  e.g is one user uses filters to limit data viewing?

4)  Does selecting individual visuals cause extra reads e.g. are some users not seelcting certain visuals in reports?

Any other thoughts?
