Hi,
In a app workspace with several coworkers how we can identify who create the report and who/when made the last modification to the report?

Hi @Helenaoliveira,
You can check the viewers of a specific report via Usage metrics.
For an App workspace member/admin, you might not be able to see who created the report and who made the last modification. If your account is marked as a Global Admin, within Office 365 or Azure Active Directory, or have been assigned the Power BI service administrator role, then, please locate to Admin Portal. You can use auditing logs.

@v-yulgu-msft thanks for your response but in the day to day how do you know who is doing what or who has changed the report?
In my organization we are three people developing independent reports from the same database (we are in the same workspace to share the database) however we don't know who created the report nor who can edit the report.
It is possibleto assign edit permission to each report, developer to developer?
Hi @Helenaoliveira,
Currently, there is no direct way to check the creator or editor of a specific report inside an App Workspace. The method mentioned in my original post is just a workaround.
It is possible to grant edit permission to each workspace member so that they can edit the report created by their own or by other members.
