Hi there, we are facing all weeks this issue, just during monda y mornig when all management team try to get fresh information to drive his actions .. 

Could be possible to know which Azzure time slots are more free and recommeded to schedule on these hours to try to avoid this situation, For example we can move updates to saturdy night, or your recommend time slot, even we are open to give you freedom to perform updates in your best slot, jsut with one condition: to have our dashboard updated monday morning 9:cet . Ccould you please provide  some advise here?.. If we lost some confidence about data quality in terms of updating, we can have a issue

Hi @jose_olaya ,

What type of premium license you use? AFAIK, they have limit on parallel refresh queries. (Model Refresh Parallelism)
If your premium capacity not existed enough idle threads to handle your refresh request, you will get error message about request over limit.

If this is a case, you can consider to remove unused query table from premium capacity or upgrade your license.
