I refresh my report and get a gateway error but the data still refreshes...

I refresh my report and it says no available gateway but my report still refreshes in the workspace...

 

I updated the gateways of our cluster like last week...

 

  • Something went wrong
  • There is no available gateway.
  • Please try again later or contact support. If you contact support, please provide these details.
  • Processing errorThere is no available gateway.
  • Cluster URIWABI-CANADA-CENTRAL-redirect.analysis.windows.net

Check whether the gateway you configured is reporting an error. If the error is reported, it may be that the local service of your gateway is not started, you need to log in to the local gateway program.
