I have two power bi report published in an app

I have 2 powerbi reports published in an app.my requirement is i need to connect the report as scheduled refresh to a sharepoint folder and scheduled refresh for app also.

I have one more doubt,if any one can connect with me

The reports in a app will be refreshed whenever the dataset that feeds the reports is updated so you just need to add the sharepoint as a datasource to your on prem gateway and get the credentials set up so PowerBI can pull from it.  Then you can configure auto refresh.
