I disable Analyze in Excel but i can still seeing the option for analyze

Hi all, I have a problem when i disable analayze in excel for the entire organization , I can still seeing enable the option for analyze in excel , can anyone tellme if exist another way to block the option for analyze or tell me why could be the possible error ?
