I cannot login to Power BI Site from Home network

Hi All,

I am Unable to login & access to power BI site fom home network. When ever i try to login i get error "Connection error" Your connection has been lost. Please check your network connection settings. As soon as your connection is restored, you can continue using Power BI. Please Help. Below is the attached screen shot. Thank you!

Hi @Sohail,

I 'd like to suggest to monitor your network connection and port state. In addition, you can also use fiddler to trace the http request states or report this to power bi team for further support.

BTW, I can't reproduce your issue and haven't found any similar issues.

HI @Sohail,

Can you keep you network connection state? Based on your error message, it seems like network disconnect when you try to load data form power bi service.

In addition, you can also download below list to check if they are in the firewall block list:

Sir Forget abotu loading data i can't connect & create reports in Powerbi service due to the error. 😞
