I can't see content packs I've created.

I've created content pack and now I can't manage it. I got message that I don't have any content packs created. It's visible in organizational packs.

I also created content pack and then deleted the group which had reports and dashboard for this content pack. Now the group is gone but in organization content packs it's still visible. How can I delete it?

@MaciejSowa in power bi service click on settings icon on top right hand corner and click View Content Packs. this should give you list of all content packs where under Actions you can delete them.

When I click View content packs I got:

 

Interestingly I saw content packs couple of days ago. Not all of it but I saw it. Now I don't see it at all.

I'm the only admin on the system.

Hi @MaciejSowa,

Firstly, you can’t view the content pack in "My workspace" or in other groups as you created the content pack in the deleted group, thus you get the above warning.

Secondly, once you delete the group that contains a content pack, the content pack will still be visible in library. I can reproduce your issue, currently, we can’t delete this content pack.  We have to make sure that content packs are deleted prior to deleting the Group.

I think it would be great if you could remove content packs even after deleting the group. At lest it would be nice if you had prompt saying that you have content packs created int his group, please remove it first.

By the way I can see my content pack now. Maybe it was some issue on the cloud or I overlooked one group.
