I can't drill on columns - cursor/selection disappears when moving down from 'Rows' to 'Columns'

Hi,

I have a matrix visualisation where you can drill down on rows and columns.

In Power BI Desktop this is no problem.

But when I publish it and try to select the 'Drill on Columns' via PowerBI.com I can't because when I move my cursor down the selection disappears before I can click on 'Columns'

Does anyone know how to deal with this?

Kind regards,

Serge

Hi @v-shex-msft

I indeed stored numeric values in the columns.

But I put it in a hierarchical order:

Year

  Month

    Week

      Day

Matrix Rows and Columns.png

I also just found out that it does work when I use Chrome.

Edge also works.

It doesn't work when I use FireFox...

Kind regards,

Serge

HI @Serge_van_Dun,

I think you column stored text or numeric value, right?

If this is a case, current drill feature only works on date or other custom hierarchy columns, please transform your column to date and turn on time intelligence option.
