I can't do action power BI auto refresh

Before, It was able to auto refresh,
But it's not working now.

My situation is below.

1. I check Azure data(Cloud) throgh PowerBI.
2. Dataset settings -> scheduled cache refresh on (15min)

So now I am using auto refresh plug in of chrome web browser,
But, If specially I use internet browser in Smart TV,
I can't do auto refresh.

Can you recommand how I solve that problem?

So it does work in the Chrome Browser but not in the Smart TV browser?

Possibly see if there is a setting in the Smart TV Browser that could be changed?

yes. I checked my smart TV Browser setting, But I couldn't find it related to auto refresh.

Definitely, I checked auto refresh well, 2month ago even though I didn't set anything.

I just wonder it's possible to change generally auto refresh on power BI?

I very much doubt you'll be able to do what you are hoping to do.  You are essentially wanting your Smart TV to cause your browser to refresh automatically and I've not seen any that does it.  I'm in the middle of a large project that will need to display reports on TVs across the organisation, so I'm going to rely upon Zero Clients attached to the TV and VM solution to handle what is displayed.

If you want something smaller and cheaper, a ChromeCast might allow you the flexibility you need.  You can then load a plug in into Chrome to get your auto refresh.
