How to setup request access for all workspaces/ reports to go to one email

How can I setup request access for all workspaces/ reports to go to one email only (ex: support email)?

I was thinking maybe I can add the user to all of the workspaces one by one, or is there a shortcut using the API? Do we have a better solution or maybe a setting in the admin portal?

Hi there

Depending on the amount of workspaces you could add the user via the Admin Portal and then on each workspace (As long as it is using the V2 or modern App Workspace)

After that in each App you can then configure the contact list as whom should be contacted for the App Workspace
