How to setup Schedule refresh of multiple data sets in share point/shared folder by creating DSN

Hi All,

I have requiredment of creating a DSN to do schedule refresh of multiple data sets from share point/shared drive.

How can I create a single DSN to refresh the multiple excel files(multipe reports) under the shared folder/share point.

Hi @Anonymous ,

Could you please tell us whether it is a on-premise Sharepoint folder or an Office365 Sharepoint? If it is Office 365 Sharepoint folder, you can use the Sharepoint Folder connector to connect to the data source, then it will refresh automatically.

My requirement is,

for example, If we have 20 excel sheet in on local folder/shared folder/OneDrive and created 10-20 reports from it.

How can we refresh all the 20 data sets?

Do I need to create DSN for each file(20 DSN's)?

Can you please suggest me the better way.
