How to set cache refresh for mixed data storage mode?

Hello,

We have a data model with mixed storage mode - direct query and 1-2 tables being imported.

I cannot find where to set cache refreshes for the direct queries.  Can set refreshes for import.

How can I set cache refreshes for direct queries?

According to your description,I think you may have a little confusion about the difference between schedule refresh and schedule cache refresh.

schedule refresh: import mode

schedule cache refresh: Direct Query,Live Connection mode

'Schedule refresh' refrersh the data of the dataset. 'Schedule refresh' refresh the dashboard tiles if used.

When you use DQ mode,open and interact with the report,queries are sent are from PBI directly to your database,so the data always be refreshed without set schedule refresh.However,if you combine dq and import, the mixed storage mode uses the import mode refresh method. This won't affect the refresh of all data, and the dashboard tile refresh is also synchronized by default.
