How to restrict few user to publish the report on any workspace

Hi All,

Could someone please help me with how to restrict few users to publish the report on any workspace. Also they should not able to share any report in their workspace with other users.

Hi @atomar070 ,

As far as I know, you can change user access to workspace to restrict users from publishing report to workspace.

For classic workspace, please try edit this workspace -> set privacy to Members can only view Power BI content.

For new workspace, please try workspace access -> change PERMISSION to viewer.

To restrict users from sharing report with external users please try Admin portal -> Tenant settings -> Export and sharing settings -> Share content with external users.

Currently, it is not supported to restrict users from sharing report with internal users if they have Pro license.
