How to purchase the Pro license without an Office 365 subscription

Hello,

Does anyone know how to purchase the Pro license (after the Trial ends) without becoming an admin in Office 365? I am currently using a Power BI Pro Trial and I am not an Office 365 subscriber (and do not plan to become one), so I would like to know how to purchase the subscription for me and for other users who have access to my Power BI dashboards.

Based on what I heard from Microsoft, to get the features of Power BI pro, you are going to need an Office 365 license. Groups are only available via Exchange so the pro features require an Office 365 license.
