Hello guys,
We have a website that servers multiple clients. They share the same source code but each client uses its own version of it. Each client has the website stored in a different clound account.
We're planning to introduce Power BI Reports that are integrated to the website. Something like a button that will open the report.
We like the idea of embed as it gives security as the user has to log in.
Question is:
From the Power BI config side, should I create each report for each client on a different workspace so each report has it's own credentials (login)?
If so, is it enough for each client report to be shared to a user for that specific client (website). That means that they could share that credential with other users of that website and use only one Pay Per User?
I hope this makes sense
Cheers
Hi @MasterCamus ,
You can use power bi embedded, your customers do not need to have a Power BI account to view your embedded content.

You just need to generate embed tokens that provide access to your application's Power BI dashboards and reports.

Actually,
On MS website it says that users that want to view the embed report need a premium capacity account
