How to place a Microsoft Stream Video (or MovingImgage Video) on my Dashboard

Hello again,

in PowerBI I'm able to place a tile with a video on it.

Why is the URL restricted by only using a Youtube or Vimeo link?

I'd like to place a Microsoft Stream Video (or MovingImage Video) on it. 

I am confused because Stream is an in-house product from Microsoft'S Office365...🤔 !?!

How to Embed Videos in Power BI 
And use the 'HTML Content' custom visual instead of 'HTML Viewer' because you can not find the 'HTML Reader' now.

In short, you need to use online video.

Try embedding the video using video URL using HTML reader appsource visualization in a report and then pull that report page in dashboard tile.
