Please let me know.

No, don't click on the ellipses, just the dataset itself. You should get a blank canvas like:

Well, you could create a separate report for that one page and share it with only the people that need to see it. Or, you could use RLS in the existing report. But, you cannot add secrurity to a page like what I think you are asking. You can hide it, but that's not really security and it is hidden for everyone.

So, how can we create a separate report for that one page and share it

Well, the easiest way would be to copy your pbix file. Do you have a pbix file? Then in that copy remove all of your other tabs and add in the one that you want.

Otherwise, in the Service, just go to the Data Set and create a new report with only the page that you want.

I dont have an option to create a new report in my service

So, in the Service, in the left nav under My Workspace, if you scroll down to DATASETS and click on the data set in question you should be presented with a blank page. You should then be able to start clicking fields to create visualizations on that page and then use File | Save or Save As to save it. What piece of that is missing for you? Is this a data set that you created and uploaded?

I could see
Rename, remove, database settings, refresj now, analyze in excel, security, manage permissions only

Thank you for your time that helped me a lot

How could I create a new report in Desktop?

Well, from a command prompt:

C:\copy myfile.PBIX myfilecopy.PBIX

Or, just go into File Manager, right-click your file and choose "Copy" and then right click again and choose "Paste". Don't do it from "Quick Access" though, you cannot paste in Quick Access, you need to go to the source folder.
