How to make Power BI Dashboard Public

Hi All,

I have few dashboards and I want to make them public so that everyone within the organization can have access to the dashboard. We want to do this so that we dont have to give access to each individual manually adding them by their e-mail address. We have about 1200 employees and it wil be great if I can just make it public and everyone can view the dashboard.

Couple ways to do this. One, share it out to a group that contains everyone. Two, use an App workspace and when publishing it just choose the option for Entire organization.

by group do you mean a Outlook DL (Distribution list that has everyone)?

Currently App Work space is not available to me as not enabled by the admin
