How to link from one report to another report in another app and open in same tab

The link from one report to another report in another app works fine, but it opens in a new tab.

How can I make it open in the same tab?

Workaround:

You can try to right click your link, copy link then paste it into the same tab and open it.

However, for PowerBI Service, opening the hyperlink in the same tab is not supported. But your idea is good, you can vote up this idea for this function: Microsoft Idea  · Open Hiperlink in Same Tab (powerbi.com)

as far as I know, at the moment hyperlinks always open in a new tab.

You can vote for the feature to open it in the same window:
