How to highlight current login user?

How to add a boolean column (similar as below IsCurrentUser, value would be true or false) to flag current login user, and this new boolean column could be used in the conditional formatting to highlight the current login user's email in Power BI Service?

For example, when user2@abc.com logged into Power BI Service, user2 would see his record (user2@abc.com) highlighted in a color (e.g., green) in the email lists.

Hi there

When you create a calculated column, it is ONLY updated when the data is refreshed.

As per the error below, you rather have to create a measure which you can then use to change the colours.

Is it possible that similar highlight working for background color of Text box?
