Hello, this is PowerBI beginner.
We are currently considering a process to notify you of Power BI update results by email using Power Automate.
Among them, let me ask the following two points.
(1) How can I get the update result (success / failure) and the time required for the update with PowerAutomate?
(2) Is it possible to obtain the updated value (total number, etc.) from the PowerBI report and write the number in the email?
As far as I checked it, it seemed difficult ...
We would appreciate it if you could lend us your wisdom.
Thank you.

Hi @Anonymous
I would suggest testing it out to make sure that it all works as expected.
Hi @Anonymous
It all depends what value you are trying to extract from the refresh history?
And then also how you would like to send it via Power Automate?
I know this is all new to you but we would need additional details to assist.
thank you for your answer.
The information you want to get is as follows.
・ Update result
・ Update result
(I think it is the minimum information required to operate the system)
If we don't get this information, we'll have to rethink how we operate in Power BI ...
Also, there was no particular plan for how to pass values to PowerAutomate.
First I asked this to see if that was possible.
