How to get PowerBI in a MSDN Subscription?

Hello, we are a Microsoft Partner with a MSDN subscription. I read, that I could see PowerBI in my MSDN subscription Portal, but there is no PowerBI. Can someone told me how to get PowerBI so that we can develope?

PowerBI Desktop is a free download.  If you have an Office365 setup via your MSDN subscription, you should be able to find and add the PowerBI service license from the Office365 Admin portal.  You might have to add the PowerBI app to the portal.

Hi, unfortunately I can't find anything to add BI. But I found under buy services, that BI is included in Office 365 Enterprise E5. And we have only E3.

Don't know what to tell you.  I have it showing on my O365, E3 subscription.  Perhaps you need to sign up for a free account in order for it to show up?
