Hi, I get this error. (see below)
The gateway it self has been succesfully tested(local). Exept that I can't connect it to my uploaded dashboard in order to do a periodically refresh.
My account is currently a pro-trail version and not a personal one. Before we want to instal the gateway close to our server I would like to test it on my local device. But somehow I always get this error. Anyone know what to do?

Solution is very easy. I just had to click on the arrow -->
and configure the data source correctly, by clicking "add to gate way"

Please check the service is running or not, and make sure the startup way is automatic. Atfer turnning it on, restart your gateway and try again. If issue is till occur, kindly update your gateway and configure it again.

I re-installed Power Bi Desktop & the Gateway. I deleted all previeus settings in the gateway cluster settings. So I created a fresh new gateway and on the management it tells me its all good to go. (also network ports tested and are open)
I read through through all the explanations about gateways. Btw I re-started my zotac 3x and the service is running just fine. Tested from local to Bus and from Cloud to local. Even tested with forced HTTPS connection.
Could it have anything to do that im not logged in as: ?
