I mean I want to show an image when it's positive thumbs up when it's negative thumbs down note it's not integer just text

I create am smaple, and try to reproduce your scenario, you will get expected result.
1. You search the thumbs up/down image online, and find get the image adress.
2. Create a table, add the adress in the table. Set the date category as image URL as follows.
3. You create a slicer including [text] field, and a table visual shows the image. When you select positive, it thumps up, otherwise, the result is reverse.
4. Finally, you can publish it to Power BI service.

I can not figure out how to show the entire lable for this measure. It is getting cut off and I do not know how to wrap text. I appreciate any assistance with this issue - please see below:

Select your Visualization,
then select the Format menu (the paintbrush icon),
then scroll down to Row Headers, and Word Wrap (depending on your screen settings, it might say "Word W...") should be a Radio Button.
Click the Radio Button from Off to On.
