How to create a power bi apps which can share to a free license user

I created a simple app worksapce and published successfully. Then I shared my app to colleague. When he clicked my shared link, following information was prompted:

  This content is only available to users with a Power Bi Pro license.

It's weird to require every visitor to have a pro license. How shoud I share my app to a free license user?

Hi @KerwenZhang,

It is not supported to share App content with free license users.

Each member of an app workspace needs a Power BI Pro license. For app users, there are two options.

• Option 1: All business users need Power BI Pro licenses to view your app.
• Option 2: If your app resides in a Power BI Premium capacity, free users in your organization can view app content.
