How to create Power BI Data Model Automatically using power shell

Hi Team,

 

How do we extract the json code behind the power bi Model and use that to create a new power bi model by changing the table names and relation ship using power shell.

As far as I know this is not possible, you would need to try and use Tabular Editor which might be the only way to get this working. Just note that it is not fully supported.

Hi @y08it105 


The push dataset is where it just has got one table and then you can view this via a dashboard. This would not create a robuts and scalable dataset for reporting.

 Hi @GilbertQ , Looks like we have a way using Push Data Set API, but mircosoft or power bi didn't implement the completly, i am able to create data sets automatically but not able to data source connection and relationships
