How to change email address in connection error messages?

I have produced a number of reports and dashboards - I am the author.  From time to time we have issues and the reports don't render to a user in the service.

Report could not access the data source because we can't reach the gateway.  Please contact matt@email.com

This report could not access its data source.  Please contact Matt, teh author, to have it fixed.  Email Matt

Both of these error messages seem to be auto generated based on the owner/creator of the gateway or report.  The problem is that this can't go into production this way - we can't have users contacting individuals in an organisation for an error message.  I want to change these error messages to direct the user to the help desk.  Does anyone know how to do this?

For the enterprise gateway, if you go to Manage Gateways, under Gateway Settings there is a Contact Information field where you can change the email address.

Thanks Adam.  This solves the gateway issue.  Does anyone know how to fix the report issue?
