@gopichilla There is no dynamic filtering or direction from a tile to a report. If the image is a tile, you can manually re-direct the tile to a different location but that is it.
If the image is representative of a visual in a report, your only option is to have the differnt visuals on the same page fro cross filtering, etc. The capabiltity to click on a bar and navigate somewhere else doesn't exist.
You could set up a table or matrix and add a URL to dynamically navigate to a different report or site based on if you are able to generate a URL based on a particular ID in your dataset or something, but that is just setting a Category Type in your dataset and exposing it. That functionality only applies to tables and matrix's however.
