Hi,
Here is my scenario.
Account A publish many reports and create many workspaces and dashboards,
but A is going to leave, so I wish acoount B to undertake it.
How can i backup whole content of workspace? or transfer workspace to B?
Is there any way can transfer easier ? I hope i don't need to republish and recreate all the stuff everytime.
Thanks in advance!
Daniell

Hi @danielllin ,
Yes, the owner is user A. if account A was deleted, the workspace will be deleted too.
So there's no such feature like remove or copy workspace from A to B currently.
At best, the dataset can be copied.

Hi @danielllin ,
Click the More Option(...) at the right of workspace and you will find the option to edit access to workspace.
Then you can add user B's email and manage the role as Admin for user B.
For classic workspace:

Hi Jay,
Thanks for your reply.
I tried your solution, but i found a situation.
User A create a workspace and share to B (so B is also admin now)
then if User A's account is deleted, then the workspace is also disappeared ,
so even B has admin authroity, the workspace would still delete when User A's account doesn't exist.
So it can't really fulfill the backup needs...
