How to assign and manage Power BI Pro license to users(Only on-premise environment)

Questioning about how to manage Power BI License per user in On-Premise Environment.

No need to publish data to Cloud (M365) and already have Power BI Report Server.

 In this case how can I assign Power-BI pro license to user and how can I manage who can use or not...

Hi @mjeom ,

You only need to buy them, you can't assign this to specific user. Every Content Manager and Publisher need one and it is a base of trust in this area. You can also buy one Pro Licence and use only one technical user to upload reports.
