How can I acces to email account linked with my PowerBI pro account  XXX.onmicrosoft.com

You can directly configure the email account in Outlook, or click it from Power BI Service page.

I think that will work if you have full Office 365.

We just purchased Power BI Licence - and a basic version of office 365 comes with that. As @dpombal says, there is only Power BI and shop. When I try email settings it says " there is no mail exchange etc etc".

And when I try set up a new email account on my outlook, it asks for password, accepts my password but then says "oops something went wrong..."... 

So, when you buy power bi license it allocates you a xxx.onmicrosoft email and you cannot change it. Emails must be going somewhere...

For data alerts I found Microsoft Flow and it is working ok. if there is an alert it goes to my personal email. But I coldn't find something in Flow to direct refresh fail emails.
