Hi @Anonymous,

From your description, I could not figure out the "embed Power BI reports on website", could you want to embed a report on websidte or just publish a report to website?

If former, you need a Power BI Pro account (this account is your master account) and a Microsoft Azure subscription to use the embed function.

Reference:https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/developer/embed-sample-for-customers
If later, this function is available on reports in your personal or group workspaces that you can edit. You cannot use Publish to web with reports that were shared with you, or reports that rely on row level security to secure the data.

Hi @v-danhe-msft

Thanks for your reply.

We have a public website built on Drupal, where we want to embed the Power BI report. As it is a public website , reports are not authenticated.

I am not sure, how can we do this. I am following below link shared by you.

https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/developer/embed-sample-for-customers

I have also read some other blogs, which says, If we choose 'Publish To Web' option from Power BI Web Service, we can get the Iframe and then include it in our website.

Please advise on this.

Thanks.

Hi @Anonymous,

Could you have tried with the link that you have mentioned in your reply:https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/developer/embed-sample-for-customers

Based on my test, I could embed a report in my sharepoint by using the 'Publish to web', but I could not have the environment to test the Drupal website, I suggest you test it all.

Thanks @v-danhe-msft

Sorry for the delayed reply. This issue has been resolved.

I was able to integrate Power BI report into Drupal. I have followed this link. The issue was related to user access.

@Anonymous

Can you please elaborate on your solution and advise if you were embedding or using an iframe to "publish to web".

Thanks

John
