How should I change personal Gateway to On-Premise gateway?

Could you please help me with the complete list of steps need to be followed to change Personal Gateway to On-Premise gateway.

Initially, I used Personal gateway and now migrated my reports to other server and also configured On-Premise gateway on it. Somehow, old reports published still uses the old personal gateway and I cant change it to On-premise as its grayed out. 

Let me know what all the steps I should follow to get this done.
