How may I insert PowerBI report with RLS into Dynamics 365 (CRM)

I created custom PowerBI report with RLS and checked it successfully in Sharepoint Online.
But I can't find any documentation for publishing its PBI report in Dynamics 365.

Hi @Aleksey,

Do you mean embedding Power BI report from service to Dynamics 365? If so, please refer to below blogs:

Your second link is very useful, but I haven't button "publish to web". I have "publish in sharepoint online' only

Hi @Aleksey,

First, please check if your report hits these limitations.

Publish to web is supported for the vast majority of data sources and reports in the Power BI service, however, the following are not currently supported or available with Publish to web:

  1. Reports using row level security.
  2. Reports using Analysis Services Tablular hosted on premises.
  3. Reports shared to you directly or through an organizational content pack.
  4. Reports in a group in which you are not an edit member.
  5. "R" Visuals are not currently supported in Publish to web reports.

If the dataset used in your report is a live data connection, the "Publish to Web" option is not available.

Besides, please contact with your Administrator if he disabled this function.

Best regards,

Yuliana Gu
