Hello Experts,
I have a aggregated Power BI report, which I would like to share it to users over the internet publically using (Publish to web) URL,
on microsoft docs I found the below warning,
It is mentioned that "It Includes viewing detail-level data that your reports aggregate."
May I know how anyonce can view detial level data from my aggregated reprot using the public URL?
What are ways to view detail-level data of aggregated report?
Any quick help is really appriciable.
Best Regards,
Pranesh

Hey @pjakka ,
"... viewing detail-level data ..." is just a "reminder", that the report contains the detail-level data. Users of the report can't create their own visualizations showing detail-level data nor they can export the underlying data from a visualization.
Users can only see what you created.
If you need more, I recommend that you create an idea or upvote an existing idea on https://ideas.powerbi.com

Hi @pjakka ,
Publish to web This is a way to share reports to everyone on the Internet without any verification method. Therefore, Microsoft will inform you that this sharing method is a reminder of the publicity of the data.
The person being shared can only see the data displayed in the page (which contains aggregated data, etc.) for visualization. They cannot export the underlying data based on visual.
