How do we use service account in On Premises Gateway

I am developing many reports and dashboards. I published many reports through power bi service.

Also, we use On-Premises Gateway for Auto refresh data.

We are using admin account to connect On-Premises online mode.

But, using the admin account is difficult to handle in on-premises gateway. because, admin account will expire as per company policy.

If the admin account password expires, then gateway automatically getting logged out and immediately becomes offline mode.

My Question is,

Shall we use service account instead of admin account....?

Because, service account will never expires. so we can use this account.

Also, there is no email account for this service account. 

So, In this case How do we handle this problem to keep Gateway premises online at all the time.

Yes, using service account is standard practice, it will help reducing dependency from any individual account and password expiry

If we are using service account, there is no mail id for this service account by default.

In that case, what mail id we want to configure at premises gateway for service account
