How do I get BI service to report in pacific time

I am importing data from a SQL server using query mode that has a day/time stamp in PDT. i need to be able to filter this data in pdt not UTC. any suggestions?

Alternatively, you can add a column that adds the time zone to the date time that you have in the correct format and then add another column that recalculates the time in the desired time zone.
