How do I find out who the admin is for users with my domain? ie @company.com

When any of my users associated with my domain try to reset their account password, they get the following error.  We have tried to figure out who was set up as the admin but cannot.  It is a small company and it doesn't appear to be going to any of us.  How can we find out what the email address is that is used for our admin account?

Thanks.  Unfortunately, this isn't our answer.  We don't have anyone with access to the Power Shell.  In fact, we don't have anyone who knows who might have access to this mysterious "Admin" that is referenced.
