How can user define some set of keywords for Q&A

Is it possible to set up some synonyms for columns header or do users have flexibility to define and configure some other set of keywords to get better response from Q&A feature of Power BI?

@isureka this feature is only currently available in Power Pivot in Excel.  My guess that Synonyms will be coming to Power BI Desktop soon.
