I'm working in a dashboard getting data from Streaming in power Service and I need to use a filter that gets only the today's data. How can I change the power bi Service timezone to my local timezone?
Solved! Go to Solution.
Current power bi service only support UTC datetime. It not contain any features can auto transform datetime based on location.

Hello,
I dont believe you can change the UTC time in the Power BI Service. From what I understand, when you publish it goes to the nearest tenant location.
Guy in a Cube did a video on how to identify where your tenant is located:
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/service-admin-where-is-my-tenant-located
I think what you need to do is identify your tenant location, and then code the PBIX solution to do the conversion for you. Curbal has a video on how to do it in MCode, but if you search you can find DAX approaches as well.
Thanks for anser me tctrout !
The tenant location where my data is hospedated is in Brasil South, and that's ok. But , when a use the filter "Relative date", allowing only the today's data, the power Bi consider the utc time as my timezone.
For example, in my real time dashboard, when it's 21:00 h, no data is showing anymore , because in the utc time is already 00:00h, and the filter indentify as today the next day.
