Hosting On-premises Power BI Gateway on azure

Hi All

Is there a way to host on-premises Power BI gateway on azure so that services for schedule refreshing reports will be online all the time.

@Sakshi Typically you would deploy an OPDG on a server which would be on premises... But you could spin up a VM in Azure as an Infrastructure as a Service (Iaas), this acts like a machine in your domain on premises in regards to the gateway.

Hi,

I have an Azure VM, in which i have Power BI desktop, SSAS 2017 and installed the OPDG.

When i am trying to publish the report onto Power BI.com, using the gateway, it's saying "the report couldn't access the datasource, contact the author"

Any help is highly appreciated.

Thanks,

Swaroop
