The Hierarchy Slicer custom visual is not working in IE 11 even after I have updated the custom visual to the latest version. The visual works in all other browsers (Chrome, Edge, etc.) except IE11.
The visual was still working fine on our reports last week, but I guess it stopped working for us this morning. Is there a fix to this issue, @jppp ?
Thank you!
Madelyn.

Hi @Anonymous ,
The issue is fixed now. You could have a try.
Here is the message from jppp :
Accidentally a wrong version of the HierarchySlicer has been released by Microsoft which is causing this behavior, but now the correct version is again available, which should fix the 'not working in IE'.

Xue Ding

Hi @Anonymous ,
I reproduced the issue. I found that the custom visual is developed by Jan Pieter Posthuma not the Microsoft teams. You need to contact him at here.
You could try to change other browsers currently. Hope the issue will be solved quickly.
